They have helped me again with an issue I was having getting medical records from a provider. These records were delayed by 6 weeks and I was in danger of losing my job as a result. In less than 24 hours after Jassim Law sent a letter to the medical office, a rep from the healthcare company’s corporate office called me directly and both I and the company that needed my records had them in hand. I was injured in a public business and felt pretty intimidated when the store’s insurance reached out to me less than an hour after it happened. I googled what to do and everything I read said don’t talk to anyone or sign anything right away. So, I searched injury attorneys and Jassim Law along with several other firms gave me the option of asking a question to the respective firms via Google. I entered a quick blurb describing my injury event and literally less than 5 minutes later, Mr. Jassim called me himself! He very thoroughly explained the process, what will happen, and that if I should decide to retain their firm’s services (he did not pressure me at ALL), that he or his wife Parisima would be the lawyers working the case- not shoveled off onto junior attorneys or paralegals. I was fortunate to have been referred to Jassim Law by another attorney shortly after my accident. From our initial conversation, it was evident that Pajman was sincere, caring, and had a thorough knowledge of the law. A few months down the road, I realized that he's just plain brilliant - and the opposite of the stereotypical ambulance chasing, attention loving personal injury attorney. He and his wife, Parisima Roshanzamir, also a gifted lawyer, were incredibly generous with their expertise, and always took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions. During the beginning of the recovery from the serious injuries I sustained, they took an enormous of pressure off of me by handling all the many forms and issues related to the hospital stay and car insurance. When the person who ran a red light and hit me claimed that I was at fault, Parisima made sustained effort to seek out the witnesses and convince them to testify (which place liability firmly on the other party).
