That means we do not settle your case “cheaply” for less than what you deserve. We get to your case right away, and make sure the party that caused harm is aware that we are on the case, and representing your interests. We work to get your vehicle repaired or replaced, help you or your loved one with medical treatment, and assist with post-accident employment and income matters. We immediately obtain and preserve evidence, witness statements, and conduct a thorough scene investigation. If swift legal action is needed to protect your interests or strategically advance your case, that is what we will do.
Some firms handle too many cases and therefore cannot offer the personalized service and attention of a firm that is selective about its clients. We do not advertise on billboards and bus benches in an attempt to get as many clients as possible, work on volume, only to settle your case for less than what it is worth – or less than you are worth. One of our attorneys will respond to your inquiries, and will speak with or meet you in person. If you prefer, we can set a consultation via video conference or Zoom. Your case is handled by a skilled trial lawyer, not a legal secretary or paralegal.
Although we attempt to resolve cases before litigation, if that is in our client’s best interest, we will take the case to trial when defendants refuse to take responsibility for the harms and losses our clients suffered. We believe the fastest, most-proven way to get justice is to relentlessly fight for our clients, file suit where needed or take a case to trial. This helps our client, and helps the public at large by making our community safer.
Some law firms’ business model is to work on volume – this means they take as many cases as they can and settle them quickly (and sometimes, cheaply). We are not that type of law firm. Because our clients have done their due diligence before selecting us, and we have done the same, we prepare each case to get tried if a case cannot be settled in favor of our client.
Since we are trial attorneys, we don’t merely try to settle as many cases as possible for quick financial gain. We encourage settlements when they are fair and in our clients’ best interests. We want full and fair compensation for our clients – which is the only remedy and justice available for our clients in our legal system.
Our principal attorney, Pajman Jassim, is a graduate of a prestigious national trial advocacy college founded by legendary trial attorney Gerry Spence, which accepts only a limited number of attorneys committed to justice each year from across the United States.
